"Pool was closing 30 minutes earlier than the time in the documents I received, master bedroom door - two of the hinges were ripped off the door frame, second bedroom wasn't vacuumed - fake finger nail and brown lunch bag found on the floor, email stated linens were standard - had to buy linens as that was a blanket statement. Other than that, not too bad."

"We rented a condo (H6) from Sun Realty for a week. Starting June 20th. Very good proximity to the ocean right across the street, decent pool and amenities. Let's start with the good...one car large garage and new decking...the bad...unit H6 was terribly outdated, and not kept up what so ever.. clearly these owners are in it to turn a profit and that is it. Everything in the condo was either outdated or badly in need of repair. I paid after taxes $1500....bad decision on my part. I will not be visiting this condo again."

The townhouse community offers a clubhouse, weight-room, racquetball, an assortment of table games, tennis, pickleball, horseshoes, a pool and hot tub. The facility is clean and well taken care of. This is a beach side community, centrally located in an area offering a variety of attractions and restaurants."
