My family wanted to rent two stand-up paddle boards; when we drove by, we were told they didn’t have any but that if we waited 30-45 mins that they could put some together for us. "Surf lesson was fantastic. Got a private surf lesson with my husband and had a blast. There surf was rough, lots of backwash and there was a wicked current thanks to Hurricane Dorian, but our surf instructor Nick gave us 110% effort, holding my board against the waves and helping me get out to where the best spot was despite the fact that I could hardly stand in the current. He really went above and beyond when the ocean wasn't cooperating. The instruction was really helpful and we both were able to ride a few waves into the beach by the end of the hour. Huge success. Also love that we were able to keep the board for 24 hours after the lesson, so we got to do some more surfing the next day for free. Great value. We're hooked and these guys get the credit. Highly recommend!"
