"We stayed at Four Winds 4 in April and had a marvelous visit. No issues at all. We plan on booking again at the same cottage. Kudos to the folks that did the remodeling, it was great! Loved the dog friendly yard!"

"We had a great week spent at Forbe's Fever. The house was exactly what we needed for a vacation. You can't beat the location and access to the beach. Views from everywhere. While not the most updated house it was super clean, very comfortable and the kitchen appliances new and good quality. The kitchen also had almost everything you need for cooking. Working with the rental office was also very easy. Ronnie couldn't be nicer. We would happily return to Forbe's Fever or another one of their properties."

"The staff was so rude to us! I rented from them in 2018 and do not recommend. Hurricane Florence came through during our reservation and we didn't purchase the hurricane insurance. I called the office and asked if they had the following weekend open and they said yes. I asked if we could move our reservation due to the hurricane since it was off season and their rental was available. They told me I could book for the following weekend but I would still lose my money on the rental for the current weekend. We still went to the beach and stayed for two days and during those two days, employees from property management showed up unannounced at odd hours. Also, the property itself is beaten up and in need of repair."

"I stayed in the property called 'Sand Dollar' the last week of July 20115. My rating is three stars because of the property itself. It has an awkward design which makes for some tight traffic flow both inside and outside. This might have been clear if a floor plan were included in property descriptions. I do not expect luxury accommodations at the price, but I do expect the house will be in good, functioning order. Several closet doors do not work properly, shower curtain liners were missing (leaving the floor puddled), the shower drains run so slowly that a film is left on the entire tub floor and the 'well equipped kitchen' seems to refer to electric appliances only. Rental cottges rarely have sharp knives, but a shortage of mixing bowls and frying pans as well as too few glasses for a house which sleeps 10 is not 'well equipped'. The rented linens were on the sparse side. While it was all in good repair and clean, the towels were thin and barely large enough to serve as a bath towel for an adult. No bath mats were included which would not have been noticed had the bath floors not been puddled after a shower. The management staff is friendly and professional. Their response to our request for a repair while we were in the house was quick."
