The guy came out and checked to see if it was hot, it wasn't so he opened our panel to show us it wasn't connected to the breaker box anymore. He cut the wire so they wouldn't chew it any more, wasn't here for more than 5 minutes and charged us $150. Very personable and friendly, but the work he performed was not worth the money."
