"We had to rush our 5 year old pitty to the emergency vet. The first one we went to was closed so we drove an hour to this place. There was a little bit of a wait but that was expected. They were so wonderful through the whole thing. Everyone was very nice. Our dog ended up having to be put down because of his medical issues. They were very caring and supportive and came out often to update us on what they were doing. We were able to be with him in his last moments. The prices were comparable to other emergency vets but nothing crazy that you wouldn't expect in an emergency situation. I knew our dog was in the best hands the staff was amazing. If you are having an emergency I highly recommend this place."
"My 13 year old Beagle was having issues through the weekend. Once Monday rolled around, he was in bad condition. I called and they immediately took him in. The wait was long but they also had other patients. We saw the same staff running in and out because clearly they’re busy. They updated us semi regularly. We spent roughly 4 hours total there. He stayed overnight and they called me around 9am to update me. I was quoted a big price originally but it ended up being HALF of what they quoted me. The staff was friendly every time I called in. They even let me see him before we left for the night. I understand not having people in there due to space and calming the animals. I am grateful to CPVets for their kindness and compassion towards my dog. I truly believe they saved his life."
"I will say the wait is tremendously long, but they are saving fur babies so it’s worth it.(we were there for 9 hours) I was in full panic mode when my dog Sadie came down ill. CP Vets has such wonderful, caring employees who truly bring you comfort while they treat your baby. They saved Sadie’s life. She was dehydrated, not drinking or eating and having other severe issues. They treated her with care and it was worth the wait. 3 days later after treatment my babygirl is back to playing, eating, drinking and being her happy Beagle self. I am forever grateful to our veterinarians and techs that work hard 24/7 to care for fur babies."
"My dog Bentley was admitted for diabetic ketoacidosis. He was in critical condition. He received the utmost greatest care. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable and provide excellent care for him. I was kept informed twice every day of his condition and the treatment he was receiving. He survived this crisis and is now home recuperating. The entire staff went above and beyond to treat my dog. I am so grateful that this service is provided in an area close by, especially with living in a rural setting. Excellent care provided. I highly recommend PC Veterinary Hospital to anyone needing emergency care for your pets."
"Don’t see how you can call yourself an emergency vet when you turn away critical animals at the door. Took a critical stray kitten I found there and they wouldn’t even see it. My regular vet didn’t have what the kitten needed and said these useless people were my only chance. Not every job is a “this is just a paycheck” job. If YOU’RE GOING TO BE IN CHARGE OF SOMETHINGS LIFE, YOU SHOULD CARE. If you care about your animals life, don’t go to these people. They don’t care."
