"I ordered VIP tickets for the sweetest day show here in Milwaukee last month and things were just very unorganized. The lady at the entrance seemed lost as to what was included in VIP and even though the owner of the tour emailed me and said the info is listed on their site, it’s NOT listed on their mobile site. Apparently we were to have front row seating and a sweetest day poster. The owner said she would mail the posters out as they were accidentally taken to the Chicago show; we never received them. The comedic acts themselves all were great but the business could really use some help in the customer service aspect."
