Arie Crown Theater 2301 South DuSable Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60616

"So many issues it's hard to keep them straight. Went to a 3 pm show. -The gps address for parking lot c puts you on the wrong side of the building. Finally figured out where to go after 15 minutes. -Once you park there's no signage directing you to the building entrance. The parking assistants just said "walk that way". -Again, no signs once inside to guide patrons to the theater. -Once inside the theater you can't go in until a half hour before the show. Notba problem but for those that had to wait for the elevator it created a delay in getting seated. -The balcony looks very different in person than on the illustration online. It's much higher up. The picture is misleading. -The balcony angle seems like the pitch is wrong. I felt like I wanted to fall back as I walked to my seat. My husband felt the same way as did other patrons we spoke to. -There aren't any handrails for people to hold onto. We watched a few seniors struggle to get to their seats. -When leaving everyone was directed to exit using two smaller exit doors versus the larger doors that were used during entry. It was very confining and I was concerned that in an emergency there wouldn't be any room to move. -Exiting the parking garage took forever but that was to be expected with the mass exodus of people. I read other reviews before purchasing the tickets and figured how bad can it be. Hate to say they were right, and I won't go back."

"The Arie crown theater is a huge event place. Getting into the building after using their parking lot is fine; on the other hand getting out is a maze. You need to remember if you parked on the upper or lower level parking. The color zone you were in and how to find it. They don't have a lot of security working the exits, and leave the directions up to you to find your car. I think they can improve by adding signs or paying for more help to guide the people back to their car safely."

"I Went here for a Deray Davis comedy event and had a ball . Event was huge . Not overly packed but it was worth the comedic laugh"
