"Very big and clean venue. Attended a concert here. I loved that the venue staff walked the entire waiting line hours before concert start to check ID’s and band those over 21. This saved time at the door when able to enter the venue. No real areas to sit so be prepared to stand for the entirety of the event you are attending. Loved that they had a coat check which was ran very smoothly. Quick getting coats checked and picking them up. Only complaint was that it was extremely hot during the concert. Be prepared with fluids."
"Been coming here since I was a teenager. Brought my 13 year old daughter to see Pierce the Veil and the sound quality is still the best and the building has not changed a bit which is perfect! Classic venue with beautiful architecture and they sell street tacos outside after the show! Great time"
"Beautiful venue and space. Was here for an Uptown chamber of commerce event and got to see the tileing, wall frescos and ironwork in great detail. Great sound system that was able to reach all corners of the venue, including back near the stairwell to the main floor. I love the ornate overhanging balcony mezzanine and the decorated cityscape that flows around the front of the stage area. It definitely had some renovations since I was last here. Bathrooms are a sore point with no stalls with closing doors however"
"Great venue. I had a great time here the security was great the sounds and lights were amazing just make sure to look up in this venue the ceiling was beautiful. I saw all time low and gym class heroes one of the best shows I've been to yet"
"I love the bands that performed there but there were some issues. The speaker for Dethklok was perfect. However, when Babymetal came on it seemed like the middle speaker wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t as loud. Upon arrival, there was a huge line just to get in, even after doors opened and the opening act was almost done. Getting downstairs after the show ended was painstakingly slow, I feel like there should be a more efficient way of directing the crowd. I know the venue is old but at least fix the sound system."
