"I rented a 2022 Ford Expedition for my vacation to Florida. Great ride but even more important the customer service I received from this branch was great. They checked on me multiples times to make sure everything was going good. If I had any issues they were 1 call or text away. 5 STARS"

"This was the worst service me and my boyfriend ever had. We made a reservation few weeks in advance for our trip to DC. Branch manager Rick calls us literally 20 minutes before our reservation time and says that they dont have any cars available for requested time. We call every branch in Pittsburgh and no one could assist us. I had a flight I had to catch in DC and it was important that we were on time. When we called this branch back to ask for updates, they put us on hold for 5 minutes. My boyfriend asked for areal manager’s cell phone, Rick said he cant provide that and hung up on us. We had to take our personal vehicle instead and almost missed our flight."

"Had an reservation for a morning delivery. The agent was not present and once contact was made thru this location the vehicle was not ready and or available to be provided. Not sure what happened between reserving the vehicle and pick up. I feel slighted. Also once they finally delivered the vehicle it was not what the policy covered. Not a good experience dealing with this location for me. Never had this issues at any other Enterprise before. Guess its worth drive to the Airport for good service."
