"Everyone who has define tv,if you do not know, it is down due to some people want to snitch. And got the guy put in jail. Just Google or search it on fb. But over all had great service. From what I'm hearing some accounts are still working. Ran a little different, but still the same set up."

"Service was five star until I had an issue with my billing. My bill was paid a few hrs late and never updated. So even though my bill is paid through April 2,2023 my account says expired and I'm not able to access my account.I'v emailed support numerous times and texted the number provided.I ve three open service tickets i have not received any replies."

"Great service??? Are you kidding me. Very difficult to do business with. No return calls, non existent communication. Even in person there was a strong resistance to talking and couldn’t push us out the door fast enough. If you have questions, this is not the place for a good explanation of services."

"Good luck if you run into any issues! Paid for 6 months of service and they never updated so it says service expired December 12th when we paid til may 2nd of 2022! Also, they dont ever answer their phone during their short business hours that their open! My 75 year old father had to make 2 trips across town due to them never answering phone calls! Then they claimed to send instructions via text message and never sent it! So after 3 visits we got the fire stick back and less than 2 weeks later the service ended again even though We paid up til may 2022 and now back to same issue! If I pay for a service for 6 months I'd expect to receive that service for 6 months!"

"I've only had Define Wireless TV service for about 5 hours and my experience from beginning to end has been nothing short of excellence! When I visited the store or inquire about the services offered, I met a knowledgeable, friendly and polite young man! I believe his name was Justin! I hope I got it right!! He explained everything thoroughly. He was so patient and answered all of my questions and in about an hour we were set up and ready to go!! Once we got home there was nothing to do but plug in and enjoy. We did experience a problem with buffering. However, I sent a message and a quick reply back offered a solution to the buffering. I am so grateful and happy with the amazing service we have experienced so far!! Thank you so much!!"
