"Do not rent from them u can hear right through the walls and when u complain about being followed around your apartment from the neighbors upstairs in apartment 302 the management does nothing all they want to do is collect your money u can even hear the neighbors when they urine that's how thin the walls are nobody told me this when I moved in so I am letting others know because even if u complain the management does nothing"

"If I could leave negative stars I would. FILTHY building inside and out, management only pretends to care for the moment and only will temporarily repair things never a full repair. Save yourself the headache and don’t move in. Currently seeking legal help to get out of the lease they they refuse to honor. And to the owner commenting on negative reviews I have reached out to several members of management at CLK and there’s been no improvements in the past 6 months. If I ever have a better experience I’ll come back and edit my review."

"I lived at 2934 N Milwaukee for a year and a half. The staff was extremely unprofessional and something was broken every other day. From the hot water heater, to the washer/dryer, the microwave and thermostat something was ALWAYS broken. One day my microwave was broken for 3 weeks and the office staff member Diego told me “just use the stove to heat things up.” He was extremely unprofessional multiple times and I wouldn’t live in another property of CLK if the rent was free. Don’t rent from them and save yourself a huge headache."

"Something you use everyday is always broken. Either the front door to the building is broken unlocked, the elevator is broken for weeks or not properly functioning for almost a year, the hot water goes out about once every two months, the garage gates break so you are stuck in the lot, or your door lock runs out of battery and locks you out. Packages go missing all the time. Someone’s dog is peeing in the elevator every week. The leasing company could care less. The building maintenance guy is good but the company is a disaster. Do not move into a CLK property."
