"The man who did my pedicure was kind, gentle, and took his time to do a diligent job. However, the woman in the shop is dishonest and deceitful. She told me they had chrome colors, and insisted that they could perform the services on both my nails and feet, but told me that she had no available samples to view. When the man finished my pedicure, she then tells me that they cannot do chrome on my feet. When I got upset, she then shows me the samples for the chrome colors that they have available and tells me they can do them for my nails. The colors she had available were not even close to what she had described. I feel that she was not forthcoming, and only told me they could do it, so they could get my money and hope that I would be ok with choosing something else after they completed the service. This is sneaky and dishonest, given that she refused to tell the truth about the service requested, and available skills and products. They also charged me $60 just for a pedicure with no polish, considering they were unable to provide what I actually wanted."

"Absolutely one of the most disturbing experiences I've encountered. The lady was nice to *squeeze* me in,,,but went down hill from there. Very unprofessional. Charged me $25 more than the service was worth; and 2 days later,,,all of my nails broke off. Months and months and $$$$ of growing them out!!! Never again. Horrible experience."

"Went to Sky Nails in Quaker Village on May 2. I had gotten a $100 gift card for Mother’s Day. I was so excited since I haven’t had my nails and toes done in 10 years. I had made an appointment. The problems are that it took 4 1/2 hours to get my services done, because they take walk-ins with only two people on. They would start and then stop and start on someone else. It happened at least 6 times. My services came to $85 and I left a $25 tip. This picture below was 2 days after. They didn’t put the nails close enough to the cuticle. I went and asked them for them to be redone or fixed and he said no that’s how they’re supposed to be. I have a customer who does nails but it’s an hour from me and even said that they did a horrible job. So I have $15 left on my gift card and will be leaving a different review about this next time how horrible it was. Please save your money and go elsewhere. They’re not friendly at all either. I’ve worked in the service industry for 18 years. It was unacceptable. From 16-23 I would get my nails done regularly. Also I asked to have Ombré done on my nails but they don’t offer any nail art or anything other than French, nail polish, dip pwd, or gel."

"I went in with a picture oh how I wanted my nails and asked for a full set. I showed the lady who greeted me, and she assured me the design was easy enough and to pick my colors. I was then sat with an older gentleman, and I showed him the picture and he said okay. I had dip powder in my nails that was cracked and about 3 weeks old. Instead of soaking it off, the man chipped it off with a nail tool. After my acrylic was placed he got my color off the wall and said we were doing all my nails the same color. I asked him again if he could do the design in the picture and his response was now “no that’s too hard”. I said okay and just asked that one of my nails be sparkle. So, I got gel polish with one nail sparkle. My nails were not what I wanted but they looked decent so I was okay with it. When it was time to pay he told me my total was $75! I asked him what for and he charged me for ripping the dip powder off, a full set with gel, and each sparkle nail was extra. I will NEVER be going here again. $75 for nails I didn’t want and for him to rip product off my fingers. I have attached my inspiration picture vs what I received"
