"Literally the worst experience. I tried to go three different times, and every time was horrible. One time, the lady cut every finger and took FOREVER! This time I had a man who was very rude and rough. My nails look like a 4 year did them. The nail polish doesn’t even go all the way down to the corners I asked for a silver line and half of them aren’t even touching the color and some of them are so thick. Had the audacity to charge me $60. I will NEVER be going back probably the worst nail salon in Chester county!! The pictures don’t even show how horrible my nails are."

"I left home crying not only did my nails look bad but i had glue all over which made my hands look horrible , the lady doing my nails cut me several times as well I some how kept calm and just want to get it over with this was the first time I went to get my nails done in 3 months and not only was it a bad experience but very frustrating .Please don’t go here owner can sense the problems and decides to ignore them or even step in to talk you she knew what was going on as the lady doing my nails was taking to long she said because she could not do the design I woulda gladly ask her to do something else if all this woulda went smoother"

"I got a pedicure here before a wedding and it was wonderful. My manicurist didn’t rush anything and made me feel like I could stay in that massage chair all day. And I could have! Nice bright space, very welcoming and easy to relax."

"I went into for refill that took TWO HOURS. They cut my cuticles with the drill on half of my fingers. She did a messy job and the nail shape is uneven. She took a picture of them at the end thinking she did a good job but it was not. They aren’t sanitary and are very disorganized. They use the same drills and files for god knows how long without replacement."
