"First time here with my friend who’s been before! My first time getting dip powder and my nail tech did a great job!!! So fast and properly done, loved my little heart balloon she did. She listened to the shape I was going for and made my short nails work. I wish maybe they cleaned cuticles a little more for dip powder but she went back and took some off when I asked! I will probably be back again :)"

"Hello, I am respectfully updating my review because you requested details of why I gave a 3 star review. I tried to email the details in private, however my message was too long, and would not submit. When I left your shop, I absolutely loved my nails. You were very polite, and the atmosphere was really nice. Later that night when I got home, one of my nails felt wobbly. The next day the nail was off. When I returned to your shop I showed you my nail, and you asked me what I did. I responded that I didn't do anything. Unfortunately that night, I felt another wobbly nail. I looked closely at the nail, and it was cracked on both sides. By the time the week ended I had 4 cracked nails and most of my nails had chipping white polish on the sides. I know I could have come back, but 4 nails cracking on the sides in one week was completely insane and beyond frustrating. The worst part was that the cracks ended up going straight across my nails, so they ended up breaking. If you can remember my nails were extremely long, so it was disappointing. What was even more disappointing was finding out (as per other reviews) that you charged extra for long nails just to have so many break within the first couple days. The reason I pay for dip powder is because it lasts longer than acrylic. This was the first time this has ever happened. This was not what I expected after paying the price that I paid. I really appreciated your kindness during my visit, and I thank you for that. There is nothing that I need you to do to make this right."

"I’m a new client at Hollywood Nails in Brookhaven, PA and I can confirm this location is now my go-to salon for mani/pedi services. The staff are all polite & welcoming upon entry, the salon itself is clean & thoughtfully designed, it’s a very peaceful & relaxed environment. Vivian is the only tech that has done my nails since I started going to Hollywood Nails & her quality of work is top notch! Excellent acrylic application, each nail is uniform in size, length & shape desired. My cuticles are cared for at each visit & I’m noticing less dryness & peeling in between visits. I highly recommend Vivian to any first-timers looking for a regular nail tech. She’s very attentive throughout my time in her chair, she checks in w/ me to make sure I’m happy w/ my nails at each step. Thank you Vivian for your wonderful customer service & the amazing nails you send me on my way w/ consistently!"
