"This place is special. I'm struggling post surgery with sensitivity. They accommodate my needs okay my pedicure a wonderful therapeutic session. I can't say enough about how well I'm treated in this place."

"I went there for the first time today and had a horrible experience! The services I paid for was an acrylic refill and a spa pedicure. Clearly their prices are noted on the wall and it states that an acrylic refill is $35 but I was charged $50. I paid $50 for a spa pedicure and got a regular pedicure, no massage, no hot stones no …false advertisement! Once I got to the counter to pay the $85 for my services they told me it was $125. They charged me an additional $5 to take the gel polish off my toes & they charge me an additional $15 for the refill so instead of paying $35 they charge me $50 for an acrylic refill. So in nutshell, they were charging me an extra $40 Because they thought they were going to get away with it. The way the nail tech did my nails I’ll need a refill by the end of of the week. This is unbelievable! I could’ve done a better job than this! Save your money and go somewhere else! This place is a Total rip off!!!"

"I had the worst experience here. Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else. I waisted 70$ for my nails to peel off from the cuticle. After a short amount of days every nail felt weak and even broke in the middle of my nail causing me extreme pain for days. I brought it to the owners attention and they had the audacity to blame me and act like it was my problem. Instead of doing what’s right and providing some money back they wouldn’t even give my tip back. I went there prior to a woman I really enjoyed and was never treated like that. Always tipped and was respectful and today was out of line. The owner at the end just walked away didn’t say anything and had another woman yelling to the top of her lungs. So unprofessional and rude. I have gotten my nails done for over 30 years and never had an experience like this. I can’t believe they could treat a loyal customer like that and have no cares on losing one. This is not how you run a successful business and I now understand why others have posted similar reviews."

"Very clean and nice place to be while getting a service done. They are definitely pricey that is the one main down fall. I typically will only go to Bella I just love the way she does my nails. she is so precise and takes her time to make sure her work is her absolute best. She is very talented and always does what u ask for! The one guy who works there who they call T is also very talented and does a great job as well!! Both of the nails I pictured are dip powder done by Bella. I got so many compliments on the evil eye design everyone loved it!"
