I knew what I wanted going in and even though the outlander they had didn’t have all the extras I wanted I was able to get them into my deal fairly cheap. I was happy w what I got for my trade. It was a pretty easy buying experience. There’s been times where I was at the dealership from 10am until closing when buying but we were able to get thro everything in a few hours here. I kept in contact with my sales rep after because I was waiting for parts to come in.
