"I put an online order in for patio furniture 10 weeks ago. I expected it to take a while to get to me, no problem with the timeline IF I was actually going to get the items I purchased. I maintained contact with this company monthly. Checking in, asking for updates, etc. They were responsive and gave every indication that they would be shipping my items within the week. Then, after all this time, an employee calls to cancel my order because they did not want to pay the shipping costs. After 10 weeks you figure this out?!? I understand the costs of doing business but they had ample time and multiple opportunities to figure this out and allow me to take my business elsewhere. They have wasted my time and I do not reccomend this business at all."
