"First, the actual medical staff that we came to see was great! Both the MA and the doctor were great! The office was clean and easy to get around. We did not wait long before having to go in to see the doctor. Getting to and from them was the problem. Steve, the guy at the inside valet stand was not just rude, but $#@*&+ rude! He knew it too, which makes it worse. The same goes for the reception staff at the neurology department upstairs. Not just a one time thing. Their behavior is a norm. Several of the other patients we were talking to said the same thing. Steve ruins the visit! People are sick that come here and don't need his poor attitude. They need friendly outgoing people greeting them and sending them off."

"Valet parking at $10 is helpful for those people unable to walk to the parking garage across the street."

"The floors on the parking garage go 1, 2, 3 4, 5. The floors in the Hardner Building go G, LL, 1, 2, 3. There is a bridge from the 3rd floor in the garage to the 1st floor in the building. It confuses people, so they have to have a lot of signs to explain. Couldn't they have numbered the building numerically instead of European style? Also, in the garage, the 3rd floor, approximately a third of the spaces are disabled. However, the door leading to the elevator and bridge does not have automatic openers."

"I took my mother for an appointment today. An the valet was very rude. No one knew how to drive my car because it was a standard. Another driver was rude to me because I didn't move from a spot fast enough for him."
