"Cannot believe it took me this long to write a review!!! I have a been a patient of Dr. Lauren Campbell for 12 years. I was her patient when she was an associate in the medical center. She was the first provider (in adulthood- had an awesome dermatologist at Texas children’s when I was 12) to take her time and get me on the biologics I needed. My quality of life improved dramatically. I followed her to a different office once she moved. And then I followed her to cypress after she opened her own office ( I live downtown Houston- it’s a drive!) I’m sincerely super proud of all that she has accomplished and that she has taken such good care of me and my family ( my son has seen one of her associates). As a fellow provider in healthcare, I understand the difficulties that come with insurance verification, claims, prior authorizations, and uninsured benefits. Sometimes our healthcare system fails us, but Dr. Campbell has always prioritized my needs and my quality of life!"

"I didn't have issues with the staff being rude. My issues were with the surgery itself. It didn't feel right from the beginning. When I would go for the follow up, I would let them know the concerns I had. After months of healing, my cut didn't heal in a black spot. I was cut again and charged again to remove leftover cyst. This was my experience with one doctor at this location."

"Able to get in within a week (my schedule is flexible which helps). The office was busy but my appointment was pretty close to on time. Dr Campbell was great. Friendly, took time to answer my questions. Very glad I found them!"

"I would not recommend this establishment. Here are my reasons. 1. Performed a type of in office procedure and did not inform me the cost of this service until I checked out. Not very honest. 2. Gave me a prescription that they knew was not covered by any insurance. The “pharmacy” told me that my medicine was not covered by my insurance and I would need to pay full price. I asked why my insurance does not cover and the lady was not sure. Not taking into consideration the financial impact to customer. 3. Paid full price for a doctor but received only an assistance service. Not fair to the customer. 4. Very limited knowledge of my skin condition. Just my opinion. I hope this helps other customers make an educated decision. I felt only like a number at this location with zero bedside manner to top it off."

"Really friendly. Got in quickly and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Campbell listened. I got the things done that needed to be done and was out in no time. That being said, Dr. Campbell made me feel like she would take all the time needed to make me feel valued."
