"I purchased (2) Adirondack Chairs from Families in 2010. These chairs were solidly built and well constructed. With proper maintenance and care, we’ve had these chairs on our deck for 13 years. This past April, I noticed that a rear support on one chair needed replacement and I contacted Barbara at Families to see if they could repair the chair. Barbara called several of her suppliers and tracked down a replacement part. I brought the 13 year old chair back to them and they stood behind the product and repaired it.
