"I stood at the Deli quietly, not knowing there was an employee sitting behind the counter because I could not see over it. There was a woman behind the register who noticed me waiting quietly and let me stand there for 10 minutes before calling me over to roll her eyes and yell at me that there was an employee behind the counter and that I had to get his attention. Absolutely unacceptable way to speak to a customer. I couldn’t see behind the Deli so I had no clue and was just going to wait patiently for someone to come to the Deli. Why would you let a customer stand there for so long before saying something? And why do you decide to yell at them/ speak to them unkindly when you do finally say something? I was standing there quietly on my phone. Terrible customer service- zero people skills. I’m disappointed because I really love the Deli sandwiches."

"The most terrible place in Forest hills. Selling expired food, rude sailors, crasy prices. Bought half of a watermelon, was sour and smelly, brought it back and to be nice with the owner of the store I didn't ask for money back, just wanted to change for the other food, even if I didn't need this food. I couldn't believe, when the sailor told me, this is the last time I'm changing you food. WHAT?! Are you kidding me guys?! Where is your excuses? Where is your customer service? So wild and rude manners. I was a regular customer, never bring food back, helping to make money to your business, and you treating me like this?! For this stupid 6 dollars?! Disgusting and cheap."

"This is the closest grocery store near me so I go here when I absolutely need something at the moment. Anytime I ever bought cheese here that wasn’t in the deli, it was moldy and expired. They charge you .25 cents for the polyester bag. (Bring your own bag) everything is overpriced and the only good things are the deli (usually fresh from my experience) and the cut fruit is fresh. THATS IT. I would never do groceries here because I can’t trust this place won’t take my money. The guy in the front is nice but I wish he didn’t touch my hand or take money out my hand. He tries to be funny but it makes people uncomfortable.."
