She seemed too eager and just wanted to make the sale happen. We will be purchasing a car at Land Rover of Akron instead. 1 star for the manager, but the salesman deserve a 5."

"Most recent experience this past weekend: I was forced to get my Rover into repair asap as a dashboard notice scared the daylights out of me. I called these folks on a Friday and as busy as they were, dear Patrick got my car in and even finagled a loaner for me. All this was done on an emergency basis. I heard back from them first thing Monday morning as they "CAT" scanned the issue, made repairs and got it all done quickly and with the utmost in courtesy. Once again a shout out to Elizabeth and to Patrick and team who rescued me! Great team. Earlier post: Their in the door customer service (hey Elisabeth) set a really good standard. Great car wash by the team and speedy oil change. They circled back to me when I had questions."

Was able to prepay on the phone and they had the parts at the Cashiers desk waiting for me. Treated me like Royalty!
