"Just tried to get service here. I entered over pile of snow that I guess had grass under it (I had no idea and there were previous tire tracks over it so I genuinely thought it was an entrance). An employee dressed in all black smoking a cigarette out front told me off. He said “you can’t drive over that” I said “how could I ever tell?” Indicating the snow and tire marks. He shook his head and said “wow there’s nothing I can do for you.” What? How incredibly disrespectful. I didn’t even do anything and I’m certainly not an idiot. Will never give this place my money."

"I've always gone to this Jiffy Lube and never had a problem until today. The manager (skinny bearded guy) was unbelievably rude! He mocked me to my face bc I called something the wrong term. He literally repeated what I said in his version of a high-pitched woman's voice and then just walked away!?. It was degrading and humiliating. I'm not a car expert. I'm a customer! Well, not anymore."
