"XFINITY IS WAY BETTER INTERNET SPEED/SERVICE WISE. BOTH COMPANY LOCATIONS ON MCKNIGHT SUCK AND DON’T HAVE GOOD EMPLOYEES. I might need to come work here myself. These workers are dumb. I just need to return the items. They’re saying they couldn’t accept it… The CSR and email said drop it off at my local Verizon store. Waste of time in this place. The “He/Him”… manager is a joke. Just do your job. I don’t want to hear stories about your husband. I added the photo for proof I returned the product. The “manager” couldn’t do the return for the modem and gave me a FedEx label as proof in case the unorganized company charges me for failure to return equipment. Again what a joke Verizon. DO BETTER."

"Services were added to my new line that I never approved causing the bill to be much higher than originally stated. This is a dishonest tactic used by shady in store salesman. Watch your bill closely after upgrading a line at this store as you will be charged for services that were never approved."
