"We bought a vehicle at this location and it came with a bumper-to-bumper warranty. My wife took it in for servicing yesterday. They told her it needed a $1,300 part. She mentioned the warranty. They claimed they couldn't find record of it. They made her pay for that day's work. When she got home, she found the warranty and called. After a hold, they told her that yes, the needed service is covered. She requested that they reverse the previous charge. They said she'd have to ask about that when she came back in. A terrible customer experience."
"We bought a new vehicle here a week ago and Chris was our sales person. We unknowingly went in to test drive while the system most dealerships use had been hacked nationwide, but they still made it a pleasant and efficient experience. Chris answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy at all. He also didn’t talk badly about other cars we mentioned we were considering which impressed me. The facility is a bit old and dingy but he did say they are in the process of building a bigger, up to date one that will be open next year. When we picked up the car, it took about twice the time as usual because of the system being hacked and needing to do things by hand, but they still made it as straightforward and easy as possible (about an hour and 45 minutes). We haven’t returned for service yet as we’ve only had the car for a week but so far so good!"
"I had a great experience with this dealership. First, I brought my extremely old Santa Fe to the service department after I was notified of a recall. They discovered I missed other recall notifications, so they had to keep the car for another day to fix everything. They encountered something that made it take longer, but communicated that to me, fixed everything, and I wasn't charged. The same day, I inquired about the 2024 Santa Fe, they set me up with Randy. He kept in contact with me while we waited for them to arrive at the dealership. I wanted a particular model/color, and only one was set to come. Date of arrival was out of the dealership's control, but every time they got an update they let me know. The sales manager called me to let me know it was still delayed, but they found the one I want in Ohio. The interior was a different color, but they said I could check it out and I wasn't obligated to buy it if I didn't like it. Well.... I LOVE IT! I got it, Randy took extra time to show me how everything works. I am waiting for Hyundai to send a survey but in the meantime, I wanted to leave a great review here. I am loyal to Hyundai because my last Hyundai was 16 years old, almost 200k miles, never had a problem with it. I was already set on getting another Hyundai, but after how great this dealership was I am even more happy with my decision. Thank you!"
