"My experience with Dr Kamel has been very positive, he answered all my concerns, spoke with me about my treatment plan, I felt confident. Also very friendly staff. Francisco one of the technicians was very helpful and professional."
"I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for Dr. Kamel and his unwavering dedication and compassionate care to the patient. I take my mother to see Dr. Kamel it’s been a year, he give time to his patient, his kindness and the care is truly exceptional, every time my mother feels peace after visit to dr, seems like “everything is fine, no worries”. It’s a biggest support from doctor to his patient, to make patient less fearful for the treatment process. In that office, all the office associate and the EEG tech is so kind and polite, always explaining everything very well and always help for appointment and test. Everyone is so dedicated, kind and compassionate in patient care."
"Dr. Kamel is good, nice and caring… Unfortunately I can’t say the same of his staff if I could give 0 zero stars I would. One of the girls in the front desk (I believe her name is Natalie) is very nasty, unprofessional, and very rude… I can really write a very long review to support what I said, but long story short she refuses to talk to the dr office that referred me here as well as my insurance, she insisted that I need a referral to see the dr and if I see him I will have to pay in full (my insurance said I don't need it) she also has very bad manners dealing with patients and even she spoke to her staff to do things in a nasty way. A dr is as good as his staff can be! I will never go back to this place which is a shame because dr Kamel is a really nice and good dr. I go to places where people are nice and treat others with respect."
"The doctor is good, thanks to him my mother is a lot better. However, his office staff do not listen to the patient’s needs and they are not well trained. The first issue I had with them was requesting a refill for medication. I called three times and I was assure each time they were going to send the refill to the pharmacy but they didn’t, I then had to send an email explaining how important the medicine was and requesting the matter to be handled as an urgency. My mom did not take the medicine for three days due to their delay and I first called them a week before running out. The second incident was not being seeing due to the referral supposedly being expired. My mom had a follow up appointment in June 2024, they confirmed the appointment a day before and did not mention anything about the referral. We went to the appointment just for them to tell us that the doctor could not see her due to the referral being expired in February 2024, we wasted one hour and a half there. It is not professional to make a patient and their family waste time. Additionally, this doesn’t make sense for the following reasons: (1) you do not need a referral for follow up appointments, (2) they said the referral expired in February 2024, however, she was seen in April 2024 with no issue, (3) she was first seen by doctor Kamel in February 2024 when the primary doctor had given me the referral, the referral is good for one year meaning that it expires on February 2025. This doesn’t make any sense at all and I can only see the staff is not well trained. It is equally important for a doctor’s team to be good as it is for a doctor."
"I spoke to Dr Kamel on the phone as he had asked me to call him in regard to my husband’s progress. Dr. Kamel is a very caring, careful and special doctor. He is knowledgeable and explains things so that I can understand the issues. Highly recommend."
