But I found out they sold appliances, and now I'm going to go down there and see if they have a grey LG washer pedestal that is also a washing machine. I'll pay anything! "A very disappointing trip. The salesman was nice & friendly. I can tell you what they don’t have in stock & the prices are double than HomeDepot. If I was foolish with my money I still wouldn’t buy from Merits. I went to HomeDepot & purchased my appliances & I am very happy. It is difficult to buy local. No competition to speak of. Sad! Oh yes… The store could use a good cleaning."

"A nice place, across the street from Enterprise Rental cars. They are very expensive and the staff seems to just live in a constant state of clueless confusion. But, they are the only game in town now days for one-stop appliance shopping other than the tiny display at Sears or Home Depot. If you need parts or real service, it's here or Medford."
