"My Doctor sent my prescription in on Friday at four thirty pm, came back the next day on Saturday at one pm, prescription still not ready!!! Is this normal for this store? They said to check back in a couple hours, after lunch. It might be ready. Please be honest and let me know if this is normal, 15 hours or so to fill a prescription. How nice when you are sick and you want to get on the drug as soon as possible."

"I have never been so embarrassed!!!!!! I went in for my vaccine and on my way out asked the front cashier to please open the restroom for me. He told me the restrooms were for customers only. I explained that I had just received a vaccine, but he again told me he wouldn't open it. Are you kidding me???? It was as if he found enjoyment in embarrassing customers and sounding like he was a man of authority. When in reality he's nothing more than an insignificant, minimum wage employee!!!!!. No wonder this store has only a 2.2 star rating!!!! Go work at Walmart, old man!!!!! And shame on Rite Aid for not providing proper customer service training to their staff so that this sort of inappropriate behavior doesn't occur in their store."

"I get all my prescriptions filled at Rite Aid, but I will never shop this location again. I asked the pharmacy if I could use the restroom, and they told me I had to go to the front cashier to get a key. The elderly man at the front counter then told me they didn’t have public restrooms. There are two restrooms in the back of the store that show men’s and women’s restrooms, but for some reason this store pretended they didn’t exist. Dealing with cancer is rough enough without having to deal with my pharmacy treating me like that. Either shut down your restrooms and remove the signs, or stop pretending that you don’t have any. You made me feel like I wasn’t worthy of your facilities. Well neither is my business!"

"The message from the pharmacy said the hours are 8-7 but they don’t open until 10:00. I ordered a refill for medication that I have to take every month. I called on 10-9-23. I was told it would be ready on 10-11-23. I called again today 10-17-23 same line they would have to order it “again “ This has happened for several different prescriptions for basic medications that I take. Very poor customer service!"

"This Rite Aid was my pharmacy of choice for many years until the disasterous pharmacy meltdown during Covid and the inadeuqate managment of the situation. However, after several years, I returned to the store to pick up Covid tests. I did not use the pharmacy. I was very impressed with the difference is attitude and tone in the support staff. The front-desk checker, an older man, was delightful, and the man stocking the shelves could not have been more helpful. This is the store I remember before the "dark time." Congratulations to those who are working hard to turn this Rite Aid around."
