"Dr.Pasqual was very caring and empathetic towards me and my fit of crying out of nervousness and fear. He gave me medical options and allowed me to decide what I wanted to do, instead of going with what my parents chose for me and he helped me extract my tooth with little to no pain. He was so kind and respectful too. He reminded me how well I did and kept me smiling. He was great. One of the ladies, the woman who’s name I unfortunately don’t know, went through my medical chart and made sure everything was up to date for me, she was very sweet and held my hand during the shots and gave me deep breathing reminders so I didn’t pass out from hyperventilating, and she was there the whole time that I got my tooth out. She was able to keep me calm and get me to stop crying and told me I did awesome. She was amazing. After my tooth was out, the receptionist woman who’s name I also don’t know, checked me over and double checked to make sure I was okay. She reassured me I did great and to take care of myself and made sure I had a ride home safely. She was lovely. I may have cried a lot, but all the workers were outstanding and I’m so grateful that Pasqual Associates worked with me through my fear and nervousness, and helped me remove a tooth that was causing me problems for a long time. If I had to recommend, I would definitely tell others to see them based on if their dentist recommended it. I will go back in the future if I need to. It was late in the week, I was in severe pain, and I did not have an appointment... when I called, Peggy, was able to fit me in the next day. The staff is incredibly nice, understanding and welcoming. Dr Pasqual is highly skilled, and made me feel relaxed. I don’t believe you could find a better place to go."
