He is honestly the best dentist I think I've ever been to because of his kindness, patience and willingness to see me so suddenly. I almost hugged the man. "Unprofessional would be a kind word to use. Showed for appointment at set time. Called and waited outside and no response. Not even a return call with an explanation as to why no one showed. Please if you are having an emergency with your teeth DO NOT make an appointment an expect a positive out come here. If the doctor can not at the bare minimum answer the door or return a phone call I have to question his business as a whole. I seen some bad reviews but didn’t want to pass that judgement call when in a pinch. Don’t make the mistake I did."

"When I broke my teeth on a Friday, Dr Sams was able to see me within 48 hours. He took care of the problem and got everything sorted for me very quickly. He's meticulous with his craft and goes out of his way to provide care for his patients, including being willing to work with me on a Sunday. If you're looking for a dentist with a small-town feel (like we're all part of a community together) then I can recommend this office. Quality work , caring staff, and they care about your oral health. It's win-win."
