"Do not go to this office. By far this is the most unorganized and rude staff I have ever encountered. They don't communicate with patients whatsoever. They knew my son needed dental work done instead of referring directly to a pediatric dentists office They took the appointment and scheduled it as a second opinion which was never conveyed in previous talks. They never contacted us or the other dentists office he went to in order to get the x-rays and never said they didn't recieve them until the time of the appointment. So basically we waited weeks and weeks for an appointment that wasn't even for what it had been scheduled it for. Not to mention our teenage daughter had been a patient there for YEARS and the dentist nor the office ever mentioned that she still had a baby tooth that was impacted which her new dentist at another office immediately saw and started the process on getting that fixed. So in conclusion If you want to feel shamed by staff for your child having a cavity or made to feel badly as a parent after waiting weeks and weeks for an appointment then berg dental is the place for you. Other than that I would look elsewhere to go it is not worth the run around or the treatment from the staff just to be told they can't actually fix the issue. They have no problem billing your insurance though for a useless appointment that could have saved you time and effort by telling you in the beginning to go to a pediatric dentist. Oh and I should add that good luck trying to contact them during business hours they rarely answer even when their office had been completely empty today. In response to the reply- You had clearly stated you NEVER received the x-rays to my husband as well as conveyed on the phone to myself. I didn't use vulgar language I did however start raising my voice when your back office staff basically said I was a bad parent even though it took months to even get seen by your office despite all the back and forth we did in order for him to be treated. So maybe don't place your blame on the parent that is upset and actually take a moment to review why and what was promised upon the scheduled appointment and what got that parent upset in the first place and how they were treated and LIED to and how even now the lies continue In the response received in this review."

"I recently switched to Berg Dental and I am thankful for doing so. The location is clean and welcoming and the entire staff is courteous and friendly. Appointments can be easily made online and the office is in constant communication with you via texts. I have also taken both my young children there for cleaning and they both loved it.
