(AND after seeing your lack of accountability towards treating so many strangers so rudely I feel forced to make this review.) ***Horrible Customer Service***. I didn't mind you could not add chicken to the Caprese, (please explain why again so others have a forewarning as well as any other add ons or substitutions you decline)The food could have been out of this world, but after reading reviews and researching your inspections seems I spared myself the waste of money without needing to get rude and condensing back with you so that you refused Service to me anyways.Just speaking with you left a bad enough taste in my mouth.Be a kinder human you never know if someone just lost a parent or a child has a sick mother just witnessed something horrible,as a buissness owner it's good to have some better etiquette. Your working with the public, people aren't going to kiss your butt after your rude to them in hopes of giving you their hard earned money for subpar donuts and sandwiches. P.S. I would go to Burger King and ask for a whooper, I am actually happy you said no to the chicken ,It was how you said it. "Plead my case."??? For clarification I wanted to see if i could just get it on a different bread. Bizarre. Is that what you call a customer trying to understanding how they could maybe order ot on a different bread? What? Lol. Kinda bonkers ma'am. Say what you mean without being mean. A quote my 9 year old neice knows, again how rude you are...after my experience with you I'd hate to know I gave you my hard earned money,so no it wasn't that but you can tell yourself that so your more content in your uncontrollable tounge towards strangers. The Violations are to show those who don't know they can go look those up and to further show how unreputable this establishment is. Get some better etiquette, seems the greasy donuts and your bad attitude are all any of your bad reviews consist of. Also I'd hope you did become to code, that's part of your responsibility. I will enjoy my return to Florida :) Thank you even though even your only nice thing to say comes from another condensing place in your Spirit."
"This was the first time in years that I have got a Gyro. Since Nick's Place closed on the Northside. I ordered it and waited. The smell was so good! I asked her to add tomatoes and she was more than happy to do it. Such a nice lady. I got home with my Gyro and there was enough meat on it to feed a family! It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend that you go to Jordan's Donuts and get a Gyro! They are fantastic!"
"My wife and I stopped this morning. It was awesome! The owner was very nice. These were the best donuts I've had! I'm still thinking about them and it's been three hours. I ordered the banana and my wife ordered the caramel apple. The banana frosting was soooooo creamy and delicious and my wife's caramel apple glazed was also soooo good!!! I highly recommend stopping in if you are driving by."
"I do agree; The donuts are small and a little greasy but they are otherwise delicious and adorable! I bought a dozen for $10 and the woman who made them was friendly and patient while I slowly picked out my 12 flavors! I'll be going back often!"
"I really wanted to love this place because it is a small business in a small town that could really use little shops like this one. I didn't love the donuts but I didn't hate them so I went with 3 stars. The donuts do have a strange greasy taste and feel. I think it is because they make them off site and try to hold them in a small portable oven. They need to work on that process. The icing is good."
