Domino's Pizza 20455 Route 19, Cranberry Township, PA 16066

"For chain pizza it’s decent. However, ordering is a nightmare. There is some sort of call center that takes the orders. Ordered pizza for my business. 10 pizzas and four 2 liter sodas. I gave the name that I thought it was under. I then said 10 pizzas and four 2 liter sodas. The young lady said, “you must have order from a different Dominos”. I called the number for the location I’m at and again I get the call center. After being on the phone for 10 minutes m, going in circles, I went back in and they were sitting right there on the self under the business name. You would think 10 pizzas…..someone coming to pick up 10 pizzas you would ask what is the phone number? Could it be under a different name? What type of pizzas did you order. It was such a cluster that I don’t think I’d go there again."

"Delivered to wrong address after updating in the Dominos app. To be fair, this was the fault of the website, not this store itself. HOWEVER, while calling to explain the situation and have it delivered to the right address, the staff claimed that WE WERE AT FAULT, not them. Then continuted to say that we could drive to the store to pick up a new order, but refused to have it delivered. On and off the phone for over half an hour, which is more than enough time to have delivered the new order. Have been ordering from this store for around ten years, never will again. To say that the customer service here is unacceptable would be a total understatement."

"Would not recommend ordering from this dominos. I have placed several orders over the past couple months, and each one has been sent wrong or missing parts of the order. They refuse to remake a pizza unless you come to pick it up yourself, and for 2 messed up pizzas they will only make 1 replacement. They also refuse to give any refunds of any kind, even for items the delivery drivers acknowledge they didn’t bring."

"Ordered ONE pizza and nothing elseliterally 1 hour ago. It is still not here. I could've gone to the store, gotten stuff to make pizza, and had it made by now. This is ridiculous Edit: I just received it. One whole hour after I ordered, when it said delivery in 22-32 minutes"

"This location tends to be skimpy of quantity of their ingredients. I have had pizza with barely any seasoning on the crust, wings with a lightest of sauce drizzle on them, and most recently a chicken parm sub with barely any sauce on it. We have to order extra sauce on our pizza to get a normal amount of sauce and then they tend to reduce the amount of cheese on it to make it look like it is extra sauce. The one positive here is that my wife says they have one of the better gluten free pizzas around and at $7.99 for carryout, it is better priced than other."
