"We ate in the dining room side. Our meals were good and the service was as well. We had a pizza, pasta and meatballs, hamburger with fries and a chicken salad."

"The new place is big but pretty plain. Kind of like a cafeteria with a long bar and a bunch of garage doors. It has potential with the outside patios but the interior has zero warmth or decor. Perhaps this will change since they just opened and the paint is still drying."

"I am really surprised with how much their service, organization and food quality has deteriorated. We ordered the five cheese pizza and Mediterranean pasta. Took them almost 30+ minutes to serve us despite the waitress telling us that the food should be ready in 10 minutes. The pizza was slathered with marinara sauce and the five cheese toppings was just lacking (I’ve had their five cheese pizza before and know how it tastes). The marinara sauce was overpowering and the actual five cheese was just lacking. We told the waitress our experience and the manager came after a while. He listened to us and said he took our feedback and mentioned he will try to fix it in the future. This was very embarrassing for me because I had friends from out of town and I had high hopes about their new location. While the physical location is great, I don’t think I’m returning back unless they improve their service a lot. It’s sad to see that a few other recent reviews affirm the experience I had. I’m disappointed because this used to be my favorite pizza place in Cranberry."

"We visited this place for lunch it was awesome. We then went for dinner Saturday 1/6/24 and sat in the dining room. Understand it's busy there but the service sucks, no organization. After waiting 45 min I approached a server who got our server who informed us that our ticket was lost. The best part was when I see the table next to us, get their own food, beer and tab themselves out. Only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because of the lunch service we received the day before."
