"The price onthe product was $9.99. Titan beauty/wigs charged my credit card $29.99. They refused to give me my money back and they refused to let me exchange . I went back and forth with 2 of them. This is the second time they over charged me the last time it was for $1. I shop there all the time. Most stores when you shop there all the time know their customers and are friendly. They don't have friendly and good customer service. But this time stealing $20 from me I will never shop there again. They follow people around in the store like they gone steal and they are the ones stealing from their customers."
