"They could care less about veterans. Knowing the VA has a flawed payment system that is difficult to deal with and work with. They knew all along I was cover under the VA, as they had received correspondence about this claim and it’s denials. They have not billed the va appropriately to be paid. They have failed to follow up with them. THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. Which the VA being the quick movers they are say will take a year to pay. For a $149 bill that they MIGHT get $30 for.... They and the collections company have now used more resources than the $30 they will get. They refused to take me out of collections and just keep sending the same flawed claim to the VA and not calling to find out why it won’t pay or filing an appeal. This is an atrocious way to treat veterans (or anyone) over $30.... I cannot pay the bill because the VA would never reimburse me because it’s the VA. I EARNED THOSE BENEFITS and I should be able to use them in an emergency when needed and doctors and radiologist should be sympathetic the flawed system failing those who fight for our country. I can’t imagine how many other innocent veterans have found themselves in this same situation with Akron Radiology and their billing service StreamlineMD. They don’t care to help our veterans get the care they need and deserve AND IS COVERED WHEN BILLED CORRECTLY."
