"Lied to me about the deductible I would have to pay. Told me I would need to pay 35 for each session, so I did. Come to find out that they didn't work with my insurance and now I owe 1,000 dollars. This whole situation has just made my anxiety and depression worse, I don't know how I'm going to afford it. I just dislike how they swore up and down they talked with my insurance and come to find out it was a lie. Literally a joke and stating they can't waive anything and still want me to continue my sessions? So i can owe another 1000 and struggle more? Okay. Also used my dead name so thats cool."
