"I was going to make an appointment here based on my friend's referral, but then I saw that they require you to sign a gag provision that would allow them to sue their patients if a patient speaks negatively about the business, the care they receive or issues with their care, including if they're harmed. The statements must be false for them to be successful in their claim, but someone could be sued and incur costs defending themselves to prove that they were telling the truth or worse lose because they did not have the evidence to prove the statements were true. I would not trust any business whose focus is on deterring patients from making negative statements instead of just ensuring excellent care and I certainly wouldn't trust these reviews since people literally cannot be completely honest in them."
