"In November I'll be coming up on a year being a member of the MHFT Family. Could not recommend a better gym to be apart of. Even though I work with Performance Coach Laura Haddox attending her weekly group classes, this does not stop the other coaches and staff from greeting me by name each and every time I'm there. Group classes with Laura have had me consistently meeting my goals while meeting some awesome people along the way. The gym is CLEAN, full of any piece of equipment you could need. The sauna, fuel bar, and spin are all there for my needs as well. I don't know why you would want to go anywhere else."

Laura's bootcamp & cycle classes are the main reason I joined bc they're at the times I need for my work schedule & she is an AMAZING trainer!
