I am the type who sets multiple reminders for myself about my appointments, but they go above and beyond in helping you remember your appointments and give you ample opportunity to reschedule if you need to (which I've had to do and they couldn't make that any easier for you either). You get several reminders in different formats (email and text, possibly phone call as well), so if life gets away from you sometimes they've got your back and your teeth!"
