"If the store closes at 10pm, should a male employee lock one door, not warning customers leaving the store about it. Causing them to walk out the exit to find its locked, because of him. He stood right at the entrance being impatient and rude to customers while the store was busy telling paying customers they close In 5 mins, when its only 9:47 with a line of paying people. mind you, he's still standing at the entrance not warning paid customers he locked a door then chuckles after running into the door, I will be taking this to corp. Very unprofessional staff member."
"I had recently moved from NY to New Castle and was horrified at both the lack of diversity in this establishment, as well as the immature nature of certain employees who gossiped about their racial opinions. For those looking for great customer service at this location, you will not find it from the men who work here."
"They've changed the store around and no longer carry a lot of things. The cashiers have to stock between customers, but they don't pay attention to the counter. Customers frequently have to search for the cashier. Lines are long at times but they don't open a second register."
"Very nice store but however don't reload your NetSpend cards here, I loaded my card it went threw and then took it back off and they refused to fix it. My card holder had to fix the issue although it had nothing to do with them, it was because there system at the first register glitched out and loaded it and then removed it. They need to update there system a little more I feel if it's going to mess up with something like this it can mess up and take to much off of my credit cards or even over charge it. Again very nice store, just needs a system update and more stock shelf's."
"A newer Dollar general store. Mind you, everything in the store is not $1.00, but the prices are good. I stopped in for some pet supplies. They had what I needed and it didn't empty my wallet. The set up to check out is a bit confusing as you have to go clear across the store, away from the door, to get to the checkout line. Still a nice place to shop to pick up a few things quickly.
