"I asked the order taker what he liked and recommended and I got the Queso Verde bowl with half greens half rice. I’ve been here a few times and everything has always been delicious, and the people I’ve brought here think the same. Haven’t been back to chipotle since."

"Staffs shift around 3:30pm on Monday, please retrain them how to give a basic customer service. I heard Gusto was better than Chipotle. But it didn’t have calories chart written for customers (which is illegal), so I asked staffs for it. and staffs can improve their quality of service by not showing an attitude afterwards."

"The food is alright. Nothing crazy or special, but the price reflects this. I was disappointed that there’s no way to specifically pick which toppings you want and have to choose from the pre-set options, which only seems to reduce the ranking I can give gusto! as it compares to other restaurants that function in a similar capacity with bowls and wraps. The portion size is also not amazing, and is even smaller when you order To-go. The thing is, I didn’t order to-go, but was still given my order as if I did. The married couple in front of me were given their food as it would be if they were dining in, and there was a visibly significant difference between their portion and mine, also a little bit annoying to see. Overall, this is an okay spot to opt for when Chipotle and CAVA are very busy or if you would like to save a couple bucks, though I don’t think it’s a place I will be frequenting in the future."

"Another good alternative to the standard burger lunch. The bowl options are well described on the board as you enter making ordering easy. The only options you need to make is the base and your protein. I picked rice over some green leafy stuff and chicken for the protein on my Chile Sesame BBQ. Spicy sauce is in a separate container so you can add your taste. Meal come with chips and is a filling lunch. Huge cook are available each day. There is also outdoor seating and a putting green outside. Great service."

"I ate lunch at Gusto! today and was pleased with the restaurant overall. Right inside the entrance a menu board lists the toppings, proteins, and bases and the customer is directed to select one of each to create a finished bowl. I chose the Tzatziki lemon artichoke with grilled chicken and mixed greens and the combination was delicious. Each order includes a small paper bag of sweet potato chips. The service was pleasant with plenty of visible employees, so there was really no wait involved for the food. Orders are served in sturdy paper bowls and meals can be eaten inside in booths or counters or outside on the patio. There are plenty of parking spaces for patron parking as well as a drive through window for takeout orders."
