"Waited 16 days for PCR test results. No one answers the phone. The email says inbox is full."

"Received a PCR test. No results over 4 days. Go ahead and call their numbers, they’ll just go straight to voice mail. Emailing you MAY reach their “program manager” if you can even call them a manger. First they tell me I just request the results, now I have to call a lab to get them. After emailing back and forth I’ve still received no results and only loss of brain cells. Photo below shows the manager can’t even send me a proper phone number after trying to request results for the last day."

"We stood in line and took PCR tests on 12/28/21. They said it would take 2 to 3 days to get the results. It is now the 31st and we still have not received the results. There goes our New Years celebration plans. Even though we registered online, we did not receive confirmation emails. At this point we think this is scam."

"My family and I got a PCR test done on the evening of Dec 23rd and we’re told we will receive our results by the morning of Dec 25th. Half of the family got the results on Dec 25th at 8PM which is already late and the other half still haven’t received any results and it is 5PM on Dec 26. We’ve been calling the clinic all day but they won’t answer. They answered by mistake once and they were extremely rude saying they don’t know where the results are and they dont know when we’ll get it. We missed two flights because of this!"

"My family got tested for a PCR 3 days before their flight, the day they should have gotten their results the email was locked. We were told to call the doctor to get emailed the documents, and when he did it was all incorrect information. We took over 30 phone calls and 3 hours just to get results on email for 3 people. Not only that, but when we called the doctor he hung up on my face saying “I don’t have time for this”, we were about to miss our flight because the “doctor” couldn’t make time for his own clients and his own mess of paper works."
