"I am a 58-year-old male. Over the past 28 months I had 2 accidents where I broke a total of 10 bones. God graced me with full recovery and no surgery both times, but it was tough and slow. About 4 months ago I bent over to place something under a table, my left hip popped and a week later my left knee popped. I could barely get off the couch or walk. Stairs were a challenge! My cholesterol was up, and my Dr wanted me on medicine. I said no. The Dr said what are you going to do? I said change. She said come back in 6 months. I am 90 + days out, moving around like a want. I forgot about my knee issues. Went for a cholesterol test 8 months in and everything dropped astronomically. I was in the normal for everything. My Dr was amazed, she didn’t think I could do it. I will go back in 6 months and prove her wrong, again by keeping it off! I had hoped to lose maybe 20 lbs., instead I lost 44 lbs. "I am so, so happy that I decided to give the Pure Weight Loss Center's program a try! I started the program Feb 2 of this year and am down a little over 33 lbs. The programs app gives you daily guidance, tons of tips, your list of recommended protein, veggie and fruit choices, meal/recipe suggestions, a food journal which calculates your intake (I'm a numbers person so I like to see this), activity log (sleep, walking, etc) and check in from Dr. Chris. it was so easy to do the right thing. Now that I have been on it a solid 4 months, I automatically know what choices I should make. Not to say that I don't occasionally splurge but now I know what to do to get myself back on track. Even better than being down 2 (almost 3 clothes sizes) is that I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! I have lots more energy, my joints do not swell like they used to and even my sleep patterns have improved.
