"Wish I could post 0 stars... Stay away if you can :/ this group seemed so great when I first decided to go through them to get my insurance. Only problem was once I was a customer they could care less about me or any questions I had. My policy went up almost $30.00 a month without notice or warning and when I called to ask about it they basically ignored me. When I did get an explanation it wasn't even from my insurance guy it was from one of the secretaries, who was nice, but did not have any answers to my questions. Finally, when I get contacted by Jake, my insurance guy, he sends me a 5 paragraph email insulting and demeaning me for asking questions. Not a huge deal about the change, just wanted to understand what happened. Just overall disappointment. Wish it could Have been different.. Jake seemed so kind. I was wrong."
