"Seriously the worst agent I have ever had! His office manager shelby was completely unorganized misquoted me and their office put me in a horrible situation. They refused to do anything for their mistakes and couldn't even get back to me. I would highly recommend going anywhere else. They are the reason I am no longer with State Farm! I made several attempts to reach the agent Joe via email and phone and it wasn't until I called corporate that I received a note back. He lied and stated he made several attempts to reach me which he had not and then when I conveyed due to the lack of service and giving me incorrect payment information I would no longer be utilizing his services he sent me multiple almost the point of harassing emails. Joe really needs to learn better service and business ethics!"

I started with them in March and there was some issues getting insurance ( on my end, not theirs ) Shelby and Joe worked through every detail to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Wouldn't change to another company or location, it's rare to find such good and kind people to work with."
