"I am not sure why I was treated so badly. I was left with a $2000 bill, a destroyed deck not replaced, and major smoke damage to deal with on my own after a fire because my agent did not give me the full home insurance coverage that I asked for. When I asked why I did not get what I asked for, my agent said "I don`t know". I trusted that my agent was getting me the best price on auto insurance because he said he was always looking. After 15 years of paying the best rate he could get me, I found insurance with a company that Akin and Akin deals with and am saving $250 a month. My calculation tells me that Akin and Akin has over charged me $45,000 for car insurance. I still don't have a deck."

Shortly after I moved, I received a refund check due to the changes.
