"The people scheduling the appointments have not been helpful. When I needed to have my prescription refilled back in 2021, they insisted that I needed to have an in-person visit and I could not do virtual. Once I got to the office the doctor apologized and said this could have been a virtual visit. I let it go and said oh well! Now I am trying to do a virtual visit because my doctor said that I would be able to do virtuals from this point on. I didn't think it would be this hard to schedule an appointment. When you call the main line you have an option to schedule an appointment if you are a new patient (which I'm not). Then you can click other numbers for the doctor that you see. Though Dr. Mabel is not an option. So not knowing which option to select I select the new patient and wait for 30 minutes only to be told I'll be transferred to a nurse 10 more minutes pass and I decide to hang up and try clicking the other doctors lines. With no success, I call and click the nurse line button only to play phone tag with the person trying to call me back. So I call the main line again and click the new patient option and wait another 20 minutes for somebody to pick up the phone and I explain the trouble I've been having that I've been trying to schedule an appointment for the last 3 hours. She then tells me the person that had tried to call me earlier is not available and she can call me back and I explained what if I miss that call who do I call back? what option do I pick when I call the main number? and she had no answer. I asked to speak to the manager and she says the manager will call me back. 2 and 1/2 hours have now passed since that point and I have yet to receive a call back to schedule the appointment or a call back from the manager. This is a joke!"

"This by far is one of the worst offices I have ever worked with when it comes to scheduling. They have tried to cancel appointments without letting me know, they don't let me know when I need fasted blood work so I am not able to come prepared, and now I am flying back from a work conference early for one of my last appointment only for them to cancel on me less than 24 hours’ notice. I would recommend if you are a professional with an organized life to take your business somewhere else. This office is a nightmare to work with and the customer service is less then poor."
