One Hot Cookie

"Worst first time at this place. And the best part it was by an unprofessional manager! When asking if cookies had chocolate chips(because my middle daughter has Sensory Processing Disorder, and can't stand the Texture of chocolate chips). Then I said okay I'll take the s'mores for her because it has Hershey bars on top. She said okay but it's essentially the same thing. I said to her it's not. She said well that's just weird. And I said well she has sensory processing disorder, and the chips are a texture thing for her. She shut up, but I'm upset. No opinions were need. To someone they may not be the same thing. She never apologized to me in the store, only when my husband called and was upset. She couldn't tell us how to get in contact with the owners!"

"These cookies are to die for. They're nothing spectacular as far as sizing goes but it's the toppings, which are put on, on the spot, just for you that justifies their pricing. They're downright delicious. The atmosphere is amazing. This one even has some swings to keep kids entertained. The staff was friendly and the cookies were spectacular!"

"This place is so welcoming I love it. I was helped by Zach and he was very helpful with explaining the difference between the specialty brownies and regular ones. I definitely will be back for the sweets and customer service!"

"They were all delicious, a little on the sweet side, I couldn't finish my whole cookie in one sitting, but that's just my opinion. I know a lot of people that would devour the whole thing, no problem!!! I would recommend eating the caramel pretzel one immediately, though. lol the caramel leaked all over the other cookies on the way home, no biggie still edible!!! The store was cute, very pink! My daughter personally LOVED the swings!!! This was our first visit and I feel we will have to visit again sometime!!"
