"We are senior citizens.We were helped with the kiosk . Sweet employee! When we got our steak burgers and milk , both burgers were cold! We started to eat them anyway, but my husband mentioned that if we were paying this much for them then they should be hot! The nice employee who helped us at the kiosk was apologetic. Another woman came and asked if she could reheat them … not make them over so they were hot… REHEAT THE BURGERS. If this was the manager then she should be fired! She said she would tell the cook the burgers were not hot. We drank our milk and left the premises. This establishment lacks customer service skills… We will never spend another dime at Steakn Shake!"
"Had to use a Keiosh that didn't work well. Then you have to scan your receipts for your drink. Tried for minutes and no luck. Finally a nice young man got me a drink. Would not work for him either. The food was not good. There were hardly any French fries and cheese dio look and tasted like it came out of a can. Was not a good experience."
"Being that it's fast food, it's pretty good fast food! I went later at night so not a lot of customers. I really enjoy the touch screen menu and check out for so many reasons. And the person who brought our order to the pick up counter was kind and courteous."
"First time trying a burger at Steak and Shake and was pleasantly surprised by the thinness of the meat patty and the overall taste of the burger. The fries were perfectly portioned and yummy. I mean you can't mess up shoestring fries. Next time we will try the milkshakes. Also the meal was very cheap not used to these cheaper prices as we were just passing through Ohio and our way back home."
"Don't do it! Horrible food. The fries are hard thin potato sticks, the burger is an almost transparent thin and smalldisc of whatever it is. The onions were burned and the buns were STALE... Dry and fell apart as I tried to eat. I will not ever return and this was one of the most horrid experiences for my traumatized taste buds and stomach."
